Saint George’s Day and Shakespeare’s birthday are on 23rd April

Chicheley had to wait for the weekend to celebrate our national Saint’s day.

This was done in style in the Village Hall, when around 40 people enjoyed a delicious meal, and great company.

Many thanks to the organisers from all those who prepared the superb, fish, steak and cottage pies, wide selection of desserts, and a selection of very tasty cheeses.

It was a really enjoyable evening, and passed all too quickly.
